For more than twenty seven years, Scott Nyseth has worked at developing collaborative relationships with clients to achieve products superior in structural quality. His passion for engineering, and inventive nature are evident by his quest to provide the most economical structural solutions and to ensure optimal building performance and safety of each structure. Mr. Nyseth has consulted in the evaluation, analysis, design, testing and retrofit of a multitude of building types. Mr. Nyseth frequently lectures to clients and peers on economical structural system alternatives.

For more than thirty six years, Rob has been an integral part of both A/E and Structural firms as an AutoCAD and Revit technician. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence, compelled Scott to bring Rob on as an equity partner. Rob is involved in all aspects of the business and production activities.

With a degree from UCLA and nine years of experience at Stonewood Structural Engineers, Radhe Allen excels in project management for diverse structural projects, including multi-story mixed-use and residential buildings, as well as commercial and industrial structures. Radhe's strength lies in her client-centric approach, proactively understanding their needs and fostering collaborative relationships with industry professionals. Her detail-oriented nature, coupled with a deep technical understanding, enables her to deliver complete and cost-effective structural designs.

Alex is an Associate Principle with eight years at Stonewood Structural Engineers, excels in the design of diverse structures, including multi-story mixed-use, residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. His dynamic approach to project development and coordination consistently delivers exceptional service to clients. Alex cultivates strong collaborations with industry professionals, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions throughout the design and construction phases. Known for his detail-oriented nature and commitment to understanding client needs, Alex leverages his extensive experience and technical knowledge to create comprehensive and meticulous structural designs.
