Mahonia crossing consisted of two phased of construction encompassing, 17 affordable housing complexes, 1 senior living building, and 1 net path zero community room totaling in 308,000 SF. Construction consisted of light frame construction, steel podiums at the senior building, and CLT construction at the community center.
