This development consists of 9 separate buildings with 3 unique building types including (2) 4 story wood framed buildings and (1) 3 walk up apartment complexes totaling in 272,000 SF. Advanced documentation and alignment framing was utilized on this project to include the modeling of every joist and every stud on the project for a more in-depth clash detection analysis of the project prior to construction with all other trades. 24” oc stud spacing was utilized at the exterior and interior walls for cost savings. Heavy timber glulam beams were used in non-stacking units to keep a wood aesthetic to the structure.
